Here's one of my favorite entrees:

1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. oyster sauce

1 T. plus 1 t. minced ginger
1 T minced garlic
1 T. ketchup
1/4 t. onion powder
1/4 t. ground red pepper
1/4 t. ground cinnamon
1. Place tenderloins in a baking dish.
2. Combine honey and next 9 ingredients, stirring well; Pour over tenderloins.
3. Cover, and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning occassionally.
4. Remove tenderloins from marinade, reserving marinade
5. Grill tenderloins, over medium hot coals for 25 to 35 minutes, turning often and basting with reserved marinade.
6. Pork is done when meat thermometer instered into thickest portion of tenderloin registers 160F.
7. To serve, slice tenderloins thinly and arrange on a serving platter.

This is such a good idea! :) Especially since I never did get all of your recipes saved before you vanished into thin air. lol
I so want in! I love this idea!
That recipe sounds yummy, do you think it would work out the same for a turkey tenderloin?
First of all, Riah, I didn't vanish. I left a message first but I think it got erased.
Secondly, Morgan- it has a fairly Asian taste to it but I bet it would still be yummy with turkey. It's one I would have made by now for you because it's great for a bbq. If only you ate pork!
Oh I know, Heather. I was just teasing. It just happened faster than I expected and since I didn't want to see you go anyway, it would have been faster than I wanted no matter what. ;)
But like I said, I was just teasing you. I totally respect your decision and admire you for it. :) And I'm super glad for blogs! :)
I love this idea! I have thought to do this thousands of time! I love to cook too and try out new recipes, and even create and modify recipes. I would love to add to this site! Thanks for the invite!
Great idea!! I am always up for new recipes. Makes things a little more exciting! This looks super good.
Brianna- I want the recipe for that cranberry chicken you made me. My family downed it!
Great idea! If you open up your blog to invited "authors" (under permissions), your friends will have so much fun. Labeling each post will make referencing so nice. (other examples: bloggingitswhatsfordinner.blogspot and recipequeens.blogspot)
This is a great idea! Thanks for including me!
